Vallisi has the capability of carrying out numerous machining processes relying on both traditional and CNC equipment, specialised personnel and reliable outside partners.

The in-house processes include:

• design with SolidWorks
• tube bending using automatic programmed machines (up to a diameter of 90×2 ) and numerical control machines (up to a diameter of 45×2)
• blanking and pressing with mechanical presses at pressures of up to 130t
• manual, MIG, MAG, TIG and OXY-ACETYLENE welding
• robotized MIG welding, 6 axes
• CNC vertical machining

The specialised machining processes carried out by close partners outside the company:

• laser sheet metal cutting
• laser tube cutting
• variable radius bending
• robotized MIG welding, 6 axes (where production requirements exceed internal capabilities)
• CNC vertical and horizontal machining
